Another wonderful story Louie. Right now I am my only employee, but sometimes I quit on myself, and this same principle applies, because another part of me has to step in and get the work done even when the scared, doubtful, hesitant, or fed-up part of me walks off the job.

Damn.

That's a powerful framing of this Rick. We've all probably had those moments of doubt and wanted to strike or stage a walk out on ourselves.

Inspiring story Louie.

The other similar principle we all should follow is redundancy. We should be able to do everything ourselves, yet we shouldn’t be the single point of failure. I remembered getting very sick due to covid for two weeks last year, but thankfully my business partner can take over most of the work that I was doing. Otherwise, the business might not run.
